2026 New Policies
Cancellation/No Show Policy

We had really hoped to not implement this policy, but a recent increase in day of cancellations or no shows has forced our hand. Day of cancellations and no shows not only hurt Indoor Golf Sims booking sheet but also other customers' ability to book. This new rule will be in place going forward with no exceptions.

All cancellations must be done at least 9 Hours before the booking time. You can cancel through your confirmation email/text (preferred) or you may email us. Phone cancellations will not count.

2 Strikes without penalty will be given, if a 3rd strike is issued a penalty of 50% of the previously cancelled booking time will be added to the next booking payment or service will be denied. Failure to pay cancellation frees may result in the inability to book tee times in advance. We appreciate your understanding of this new policy.
In-Store Policy

In addition to our No Political Attire/Accessories Rule, we are implementing an additional policy:
Political Discussions/Comments will not be allowed at Indoor Golf Sims.
Our space is a place to get away and play golf, not to listen to or voice political opinions. Any talk heard by management will receive a one-time warning. If a second incident occurs you will be asked to leave without a refund.​ Debating Management on this rule will result in refusal of service. Thank you for your understanding and respect of this new policy.​

Cell Phone Policy
​
Lengthy/Loud cell phone usage will not be allowed while at the simulator bays or in the waiting area.
Quick short calls are not a problem, but any lengthy conversations need to be taken outside.
